Kimberley completed her apprenticeship with Morton Engineering as a Boilermaker/Welder in 2014. Since completing her apprenticeship Kim has delivered capacity in a few different roles (Planning, Expediting, Project Management) and moved into the role of Operations Manager.
Kimberley overseas the management of projects throughout the fabrication process and assists with the quality function.
